HOW DO I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ?
It is a simple process to order a gift for someone else. When you are in the checkout area, you will be asked whether or not this purchase is a gift, once you have selected this, you will the be asked to;
a) enter where the gift should be sent into the shipping address section
b) compose a short message that will be sent with the item(s)
And leave the rest to us. We will deliver the gift you have selected to the lucky person without the prices shown.

We deliver by Australia Post Bag and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. International Delivery
It will take between 7 to 20 working days. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry no C.O.Ds or P.O. Boxes. All prices are in Australian dollars. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(S) ?
itbyit does accept return items for faulty or damaged received goods. When returning an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) itbyit, 9 Prion Rd, Mt Dandenong, Victoria, 3767. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit you the correct amount, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Comments would be appreciated.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?
For overseas returns a cost will be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our courier bag.

Fabrics and Care:
T-Shirt : (100% Baby Combed Cotton Jersey ): A lovely pre-shrunk polished finished cotton. This is a long time favourite medium weight fabric which we use time and time again. This is a lovely in between weight that we continue to use because of its superb finish and durability. Washes and irons like a dream. No dry cleaning is preferred for longevity of the fabric.
Care instructions: We recommend a cold machine wash with no bleaching agents. To prolong the life of your garment, we recommend drying in the shade. Use a warm iron if needed.
Underwear : (93% Cotton, 7% Spandex): A lovely pre-shrunk polished finished cotton and spandex mix. This is a long time favourite medium weight fabric which we use time and time again. This is a lovely in between weight that we continue to use because of its superb finish and durability. Washes and irons like a dream. No dry cleaning is preferred for longevity of the fabric.

DO I NEED TO BE A PART OF THE KREW?
You dont need to be a krew member to place an order with us, however our krew members are able to place orders online enjoying a quick checkout and many other benefits. If you are not a Krew member and wish to place an order online you can either register with us before you place an order, or you can continue as a guest shopper through our checkout if your order is to be delivered to an Australian address. Overseas deliveries can only be made by registered customers.
